I wanted to let you know about this really fun blog called Kitchen Fun with my 3 Sons. The creator of it is Jill, and she has three young sons and makes their food extra special. It sure looks like they are having a great time and I love all of the creative ideas she comes up with, all of which are catered to young children’s tastes. She has a real talent for looking at very ordinary foods, and then transforming them into something extraordinary! Jill sent me some information about her and her blog:

“I started a blog called Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons back in March with my little boys and we have had a lot of fun with it! I have loved baking for so many years, but the fun really started in the kitchen when I had my little boys! We create fun and silly snacks, breakfast, lunches, dinners, and treats mostly for kids. We have goofed off in the kitchen for a long time and thought it would be fun to share our creations with others. Since I have boys we do have a lot of boy related food, but we also have so much more! The boys also include their ideas. We create things as we go along and the way that we like them in hopes that everything will be original and enjoyable to look at for others. I work part time with 3 little ones so everything you see is pretty easy to do and will not take a lot of time. We would love for you to check us out and follow our blog. Let us know what you think!”

Below are some great ideas from Kitchen Fun with my 3 Sons:

You can see all kinds of fun Star Wars treats here (and a super cute Darth Vader!!)

I love how she turned a grilled cheese sandwich into a yummy (and healthy!) ice cream cone!

My kids always called them Orange Head and Banana Head, so this is perfect!

I thought this was ingenious, put the jam on the outside and with some green grapes, a sandwich turns into a watermelon!

These cuties use those super fun jumbo marshmallows!

Who’s more fun than Phineas and Ferb?

Great job, Jill!! I’m looking forward to seeing what other ideas you and your sons come up with next!!
